Summary This standard specifies the spacer layer and the process layer for communication between the specific communication service mapping, which provides for the establishment of consistent with the IEC 60044-8 unidirectional multidrop point to point connection over the map. This section provides an analog transmission of sampled values ??of the abstract service mapping, as described in Section 7-2 of this standard, this transmission based on IEC 60044-8 aligned unidirectional multidrop point to point serial communication link. It can be used for electronic current transformer substation (ECT) or voltage transformers (EVT) combined unit and a spacer layer such as relay communication between devices. If the sampling frequency have higher requirements, other than or in addition to common data sets require additional sampled value data sets, or the use of communication and synchronization between intervals, these will be the standard applicable Part 9-2 content.
