Regulation (derived from) National Development and Reform Commission Notice 2004 No. 16
Summary This standard applies to data communication protocol (DCP) Logical Link Control (LLC) sub-layer entity and the application layer and the MAC sublayer on logical interfaces should be implemented services. Usually, a layer (or a sub-layer) of the service is that it provides the ability of the user to the next level. A layer (or a sub-layer) services provided by a call to the lower layer of the construction of this service. By describing the application layer and the MAC sub-layer to illustrate the flow of information between the service, for each service that is characterized by service primitives and parameters will be described. These primitives and connectionless transport related. Note 1: The reference to the IEC 61334-4-1 standard three-layer reference model described in (Figure 1), but it can develop appropriate regulations to accommodate future model extended to more than three layers. Note 2: For future expansion to the connection-oriented transport, this standard also made corresponding regulations. In this standard, the reference to GB/T 9387 OSI reference model.
