Operation and Maintenance Regulations of On-line Monitoring System for Hydrogenerator Unit State
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the operation, maintenance, overhaul, and testing of the online monitoring system for the state of hydro-turbine generator sets.
This standard is applicable to the online monitoring system for the status of hydro-generator sets of large and medium-sized hydropower stations. Small hydropower station hydro-generator set online
The monitoring system can be used as reference.

3 Operation and maintenance
3.1 Operation
3.1.1 General provisions
3.1.1.1 The functions and performance of the online monitoring system shall meet the relevant regulations and requirements of DL/T 1197 and GB/T 28570.
3.1.1.2 During the operation of the online monitoring system, the components (devices) shall be free of leakage, water pollution, oil pollution and rust, and shall be free of abnormal sound and odor.
3.1.1.3 Operation and maintenance personnel shall conduct special training and have the ability to operate and maintain related equipment.
3.1.1.4 A proper amount of spare parts shall be provided.
3.1.2 The data analysis, status report review and alarm confirmation of the online monitoring system should be used to understand the monitored equipment and online

3.1.3 The online monitoring system should be inspected regularly, and the inspection content should include the upper computer unit, data acquisition unit and sensor unit

3.2.3 Data acquisition unit
3.2.3.1 The daily inspection should check the following.
a) Device status;
b) Working power supply;

d) Data collection status;

f) Data communication status;
g) Fan status.
3.2.3.2 Regular maintenance should include the following.
a) Software, database (if any) and file system backup;
b) Cleaning of related equipment such as data acquisition devices, industrial computers and panels;

d) Virus database upgrade;
e) Software version upgrade.
3.2.4 Sensor unit
3.2.4.1 Daily inspection

3.2.4.2 Regular maintenance
It can be carried out synchronously with the maintenance of the monitored equipment, and the maintenance method shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of DL/T 862 and DL/T 619.

4 Maintenance and test
4.1 Maintenance
4.1.1 General provisions
4.1.1.1 The contents of the maintenance shall include the handling of remaining defects and regular maintenance items. Regular maintenance items include. inspection and backup before power failure,

4.1.1.2 The periodic maintenance of the upper computer unit should be performed once a year, and the periodic maintenance of the data acquisition unit and sensor unit should be checked with the monitored equipment.

4.1.4 Sensor unit
4.1.4.1 Vibration, swing, pressure pulsation sensor
1) The maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of DL/T 862 and DL/T 619.
2) In the following situations, the sensor should be checked. Refer to DL/T 862 for the method. It can be used only after being qualified.
a) Continuous use for 4 years and above;
b) The output value is obviously abnormal;
c) Overhaul of unit class B and above;
d) Spare parts before use.
3) After maintenance, the following requirements should be met.
a) The sensor cable and the input and output cables of the local Proximitor should be well connected, the terminals should be fastened, and the wiring should be correct.
The cable joints at the cover and other positions are free of oil stains;
b) The sensor mounting bracket or base should be firm, with no abnormal position, and the installation gap should meet the requirements of relevant technical conditions;
c) There should be no scratches on the measuring surface of the swing sensor;
d) The key phase bumps or grooves should be intact with no abnormal positions;
e) The key phase sensor should have no sudden change in speed;
f) The connecting pipeline of the pressure pulsation sensor should be unblocked and there should be no leakage at the connection;
g) When the pressure pulsation sensor connection pipeline is emptied for the first operation, the pipeline should be exhausted;
h) The sensor is working normally.
4.1.4.2 Generator air gap and magnetic flux density sensor
1) When overhauling the unit equipment of level B and above, the sensor should be checked after the rotor is lifted out.
2) After maintenance, the following requirements should be met.
a) The sensor patch and lead are firm and reliable, there is no scratch on the surface of the patch, no crease or scar on the lead, and no damage to the insulation;
b) The sensor signal cable is not aging, and the grounding is firm and reliable;

4.1.4.3 Partial discharge coupler of generator
1) The sensor should be checked and repaired when the unit equipment is Class C and above.

b) When the coupler is installed on the high-voltage side of the generator outlet, check that the appearance of the coupling device is not damaged, and the high-voltage connection is firm enough

4.2 Test
4.2.1 General provisions
4.2.1.1 Test safety measures should be implemented before the test, and the test equipment should be qualified.
4.2.1.2 One person should operate and supervise during the test, and the test content should be recorded.
4.2.1.3 After the test, the relevant equipment should be restored to the state before the test.
4.2.1.4 The test analysis shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and historical test data of the equipment.
