Introduction
Earthquake geoelectric observations in my country mainly include georesistivity observations, geoelectric field observations, and electromagnetic disturbance observations. From the 1960s to the present, China...
China has established a geoelectric observation network consisting of approximately 90 georesistivity observation stations and approximately 110 geoelectric field observation stations. These stations are mainly distributed in...
In seismically active zones such as the North-South Seismic Belt, the North China Seismic Belt, and the Northwest Seismic Belt, although there are many electromagnetic disturbance observation stations, their observation methods and techniques vary.
Still under development, the vast majority of these systems have not yet been formally incorporated into the geoelectric observation network. Therefore, the technical content of this document only includes georesistivity and geoelectricity.
Technical requirements for the operation of electric field observation stations.
For a long time, the operation of my country's geoelectric observation stations has been mainly based on the "Technical Specifications for Digital Observation of Earthquakes and Precursors" formulated in.2001.
This document summarizes my country's ground radio network operation and management methods and detailed rules, including the "Fan (Trial) Electromagnetic Observation" and other relevant documents.
Based on years of operation and maintenance experience, and taking into account the development of geoelectric observation technology, this system targets all levels of nodes in the geoelectric observation network (geoelectric observation stations, provincial business stations, etc.).
It was formulated based on the operation and maintenance requirements of the central and national-level business centers.
Earthquake Network Operation Specifications and Geoelectric Observation
1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements and methods for the operation of earthquake geoelectric observation networks.
This document applies to the operation of geoelectric observation networks at geoelectric observation stations, provincial operational centers, and national operational centers.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Measurement system
A collection of instruments for measuring earth resistivity or earth electric field, and auxiliary equipment to support the stable operation of the instruments.
3.2
Device system configuration system
An assembly of electrode systems and facilities that transmits ground resistivity or ground electric field signals to measuring instruments.
Note. This mainly includes the relative positions of the electrodes in the observation site, as well as facilities such as electrodes, external lines, disconnectors, and wiring panels.
3.3
calibration and detection system
A collection of instruments and equipment used to calibrate and test a measurement system (3.1), or to test a device system (3.2) or site conditions.
Note. This mainly includes DC potentiometers, standard batteries, megohmmeters, grounding resistance testers, and oscilloscopes.
3.4
observation system
A collection of measurement systems (3.1), device systems (3.2), and calibration and testing systems (3.3).
3.5
Data preprocessing
The operation involves removing or correcting abnormal data in the raw observation data caused by instrument malfunction, interference, or human operation.
