1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classifications and models, usage conditions, requirements, and test methods for domestic waste leachate anaerobic reactors. Inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to domestic wastewater leachate upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (UASB) and upstream with a capacity of 400m3/d or less. Anaerobic sludge blanket filtration reactor (UBF).

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Domestic waste leachate anaerobic reactor anaerobic reactor forleachateofmunicipal solidwaste A facility for anaerobic digestion of domestic waste leachate. 3.2 Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (UASB) upflowanaerobicsludgeblanketreactor The leachate of domestic refuse is passed through the water distribution device in an up-flow manner and enters the sludge layer at the bottom and the sludge suspension zone at the middle and upper part in sequence. The anaerobic microbial reaction generates biogas. The gas, liquid and solid mixture is separated by a three-phase separator. The sludge is returned to the sludge suspension zone. The waste water is discharged from the system and the anaerobic reactor that produces the biogas is recovered at the same time. 3.3 Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket filtration reactor (UBF) upflowanaerobicsludgeblanketfilterreactor The household waste leachate is passed through the water distributor in an up-flow manner into the bottom sludge layer and the middle and upper sludge filling area in turn, Carriers with anaerobic biofilms continuously contact the reaction to generate biogas. The gas, liquid, and solid mixtures are separated by the filler layer, and the sludge is partially trapped. In the packing area, part of it falls back to the sludge suspension area, and the separated waste water is discharged out of the system. At the same time, the anaerobic reactor producing biogas is recovered. 3.4 Three-phase separator three-phaseseparator It is installed in the upper part of the anaerobic reactor and collects the biogas generated in the reaction zone. The suspended matter is precipitated and discharged to achieve gas, solid and liquid.
