Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces CJ/T 304-2008 "Technical Requirements for CPU Card Operating System for Construction Enterprises", compared with CJ/T 304-2008.
Major technological changes include.
--- Delete the electromechanical characteristics, logical interface and transmission protocol (Chapter 5 in the.2008 edition);
--- Delete key derivation method and process key generation method and other relevant content (2008 Edition in Appendix C, E, F);
--- Increase the description of the record format (see 6.4);
--- increase state command table (see 8.3.1);
--- Improve the definition of the parameters of the relevant instructions.

Construction Business Smart Card Operating System Technical Requirements
1 Scope
This standard stipulates construction projects for smart card files and commands, application selection, safety mechanisms and safety requirements, and electronic passbooks/electronic wallets.
Use the corresponding definition symbols and so on.
This standard applies to the design, management, and application of construction business smart card operating systems.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Smart card smartcard
An IC card with a microprocessor chip. The IC card mentioned in this document refers specifically to a smart card.
3.2
Interface device interfacedevice
The part of the terminal where the IC card is inserted, including the mechanical and electrical parts.
3.3
Response
After the IC card processes the command message received by the terminal, it returns the message to the terminal.
3.4
Electronic deposit electronicdeposit
A kind of financial IC card application designed for PIN card protection for cardholders to carry out transactions such as consumption and cash withdrawal.
Note. It supports trading in circles, laps, consumption, cash withdrawals and other transactions.
3.5
Electronic wallet electronicpurse
A financial IC card application designed to facilitate cardholders' small consumption.
Note. It supports trading in circles, consumption, etc. With the exception of rollover transactions, no personal password (PIN) needs to be submitted for any other transactions made using Wallet.

Hash function hash function
Maps bit strings as functions of fixed-length bit strings.
