1 Scope
This standard specifies the control items and limits of contaminants in sludge from urban sewage treatment plants.
This standard applies to municipal sewage treatment plant sludge.
The sludge of the sewage treatment facility of the residential area may be implemented in accordance with this standard.

4.1 General provisions
