CC AP-GZ-469130.2020 CC AP mark certification implementation rules for bicycle lighting and light signal devices
1 Scope of application
This rule applies to the lighting devices of bicycles and electric bicycles used on public roads.
2 Certification standards
GB/T 31887.1-2019 Bicycle lighting and retro-reflective devices Part 1.Lighting and light signal devices
The above-mentioned standards shall in principle implement the latest version issued by the national standardization administrative department. When need to increase the applicable standard
When it is punctual or needs to use other versions of the standard, it shall be implemented in accordance with the announcement of the applicable relevant standard requirements issued by CC AP.
3 Selection of certification model and related requirements
3.1 Basic authentication mode
The basic certification model for implementing the CC AP mark certification of bicycle lighting and light signal device products is.
Type test initial factory inspection and supervision after certification
The post-certification supervision in the above basic certification model includes post-certification follow-up inspection and supervision sampling inspection.
Mode, where the supervision sampling test also includes the sampling test or inspection at the production site and the market sampling test or inspection
check.
3.2 Applicability of the certification model
CC AP will target different types of enterprises and increase/decrease certification elements as appropriate on the basis of the basic certification model.
Row combinations, including.
Type A. Post-certificate supervision can use post-certificate follow-up inspection, sample testing or inspection at the production site,
One or a combination of the three methods of field sampling or inspection.
Type B, C, D production enterprises. post-certification follow-up inspection and supervision sampling test (health
One or a combination of on-site sampling or market sampling).
CC AP is based on the characteristics of the products applying for certification and the principles of certification risk control, combined with the results of the classified management of the production enterprises,
Decide on the certification mode applicable to the certification principal.
4 Certification unit division
In principle, the products produced by the same producer (manufacturer) and the same production enterprise (site) are not obvious in the following aspects.
The different bicycle lighting and light signal device products are a certification unit.
(1) Function;
(2) Type of light source (filament bulb, light source module, etc.);
CC AP-GZ-469130.2020 CC AP mark certification implementation rules for bicycle lighting and light signal devices
(3) The characteristics of the optical system. For lamps with non-replaceable light sources, the photoelectric parameters of the light source (nominal voltage,
Nominal power, filament shape, etc.);
(4) Components that can change the optical effect through reflection, refraction and/or absorption during work, luminous intensity level and light distribution
Cloth angle and so on.
The same unit can contain multiple "model (or specification)" products. The same model refers to the standard design
Products that have no impact on compliance.
The same product produced by the same producer and different production enterprises, or produced by different producers and the same production enterprise
For products of the same model, it is considered that the type test is carried out only on the samples of one unit. Other manufacturers/producers’
Products need to provide information for consistency check.
5 Certification commission
5.1 Proposal and acceptance of certification commission
The certification principal shall submit a certification entrustment to CC AP in an appropriate manner in accordance with the CC AP certification process and requirements.
