1 Scope of application
These rules apply to brake linings for automobiles (hereinafter referred to as linings).

2 Certification standards
GB 5763-2018 "Brake Linings for Automobiles".
Manufacturers should fully implement the mandatory requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards for lining products promulgated by the state, and meet the requirements.

3 Authentication mode
The basic certification model for implementing mandatory certification of automotive brake lining products is.

4 Certification unit division

5 Certification commission
5.1 Proposal and acceptance of certification commission
The certification principal shall submit a certification entrustment to CC AP in an appropriate manner in accordance with the CC AP certification process and requirements, and

5.2 Application materials
The certification client shall provide the required materials for certification according to the following requirements.
(1) Basic information of certification principal, producer (manufacturer), and production enterprise (factory)

2) Factory inspection survey form;
3) Registration certification materials of certification principal, producer (manufacturer), production enterprise (factory) (initial application)

2) Lining product description (see attachment 1, when the first application and parameters change);
3) Production consistency control plan (for the first application and when the production consistency control plan is changed), see Annex 2 for the preparation requirements;
4) The implementation report of the production consistency control plan, and the compilation requirements are shown in Appendix 2 and Appendix 4 (every year after certification);
5) CC C mark addition plan (for the first application and change).
The certification client needs to provide the truth of the above information and bear the corresponding legal responsibility (including "three guarantees", "recall" and related
Quality responsibility) commitment letter.
CC AP is responsible for review, management, preservation, and confidentiality of relevant information, and inform the certification client of the results of the data review.
5.3 Implementation arrangements
The certification principal submits the certification commission to CC AP (completed on the CC AP certification client platform http.//3c.cccap.org.cn).
The normal certification process is.
(1) Certification commission, data review and acceptance;
(2) Divide certification product units and prepare certification schemes;
(3) Signing and charging of certification contract;
(4) Product type test;
(5) Initial factory inspection;
(6) Comprehensive evaluation and approval of type test and factory inspection results;
(7) Issuing certification certificates;
(8) Supervision after certification.

(2) Type test inspection plan (including selection and confirmation of designated laboratories);
(3) Factory inspection plan and time (man-day);
(4) Estimated certification cost;
(5) Other matters and requirements that need to be explained.
CC AP will notify the certification client of the above certification scheme, and formally sign with the certification client after the agreement is reached.
Sign a certification contract as the basis for the implementation of this certification.
6 Certification implementation
6.1 Type test
6.1.1 Type test plan
The type test plan includes all sample requirements and quantities for type test, test standard items, and designated laboratory information

6.1.2 Type test sample requirements
Under normal circumstances, the sample for type test is selected by the certification client according to the requirements of the type test plan to send representative samples to the certification
The laboratory designated by the Supervisory Committee conducts testing. When necessary, CC AP can also take on-site sampling/sealing to obtain samples.
If there is only one model/specification in the certification unit, samples of this model/specification shall be sent. More than one model in the same unit/
When specifying specifications, CC AP will select samples of representative models/specifications from among them, so as to cover other models/specifications as much as possible
Structural parameters and key components/raw materials manufacturers. If necessary, other models/specifications should be tested for differences.
Type test samples should be products produced by the entrusted manufacturer in accordance with normal processing methods. The certification principal shall
Ensure the consistency between the samples provided and the actual products. Not to obtain by borrowing, renting, purchasing samples, etc.
Get samples for testing. CC AP and/or laboratories shall review the authenticity of the samples provided by the certification client. laboratory
If there is any doubt about the authenticity of the sample, the situation should be explained to CC AP and the corresponding treatment should be made.
6.1.2.1 Number of type test samples
The number of type test samples of the same type/specification lining is shown in Table 6-1.
6.1.2.2 List of key components/materials and related requirements
The certification client should submit a product description sheet and a list of key components/raw materials when sending samples.
6.1.3 Type test items
Type test items are mandatory clauses applicable to the corresponding standards in Article 2 of these rules, see Table 6-1.
6.1.4 Implementation of type test
The type test shall be completed in the laboratory designated by CNCA. The laboratory conducts type test on the samples, and all tests

6.1.5 Type test report

The certification client shall ensure that it can provide CC AP and law enforcement agencies with a complete and effective type test report during post-certification supervision.
6.2 Initial factory inspection
The initial factory inspection is CC AP's evaluation of whether the factory's production consistency control system can meet the certification requirements. By birth

6.2.1 Basic principles
