Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces BB/T 0049-2008 "Mineral Desiccant for Packaging". Compared with BB/T 0049-2008, the main changes of this standard are as follows. ---The standard name was changed to "Desiccant for Packaging"; ---The scope of application of the standard has been modified (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition); ---Modified terms and definitions (see 3.1~3.4, Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition); ---Added the classification method of desiccant (see 4.1); ---Added the requirements for the drop resistance of the desiccant (see 5.1.4); ---Modified the physical and chemical indexes of desiccant (see 5.1.5, 5.5 in.2008 edition); ---The calculation of the amount of desiccant has been added (see 5.1.6); ---Deleted the requirements for the unit quantity, adsorption capacity and speed of each bag of desiccant after activation (see 5.3 and 5.4 of the.2008 edition); ---Added the technical requirements for desiccant bags (see 5.2); ---Modified the test method (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2008 edition); ---Inspection rules have been added (see Chapter 7); ---Modified some technical contents of marking, packaging, transportation and storage (see 8.1.1 and 8.2, 7.1.1 and 7.1.1 of the.2008 edition) 7.2); ---Added Appendix A (see Appendix A). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, Transportation and storage. This standard applies to the production, development and inspection of desiccants for packaging.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Unit desiccant Under the equilibrium air temperature condition of 25℃ and 20% relative humidity (or 25℃ and 40% relative humidity), it can absorb at least 3.00g (or 6.00g) The amount of desiccant for water vapor is determined as one unit of desiccant. 3.2 Unitmass The mass of a unit of desiccant.
