1 Scope

3 Reagents and materials

Weigh the right amount of standard (3.13), dissolved in methanol solution at 100μm/mL. 1 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ Refrigerated. Valid for six months. 3.15 standard curve working solution. dilute the standard stock solution required blank sample solution to 5ng/mL, 10ng/mL, 50ng/mL, mixed standard working solution 100ng/mL, 250ng/mL of the sample when the sample amount is 2g, the sample contains the equivalent of 5μg/kg, 10μg/kg, 50μg/kg, 100μg/kg, 250μg/kg imidacloprid. 3.16 anhydrous sodium sulfate column. 80mm × 40mm (inner diameter) cylindrical funnel bottom pad 5mm cotton, refill 40mm anhydrous sodium sulfate. 3.17 Purification Column.200mm × 15mm (inner diameter) glass column, at the bottom of the pad about 5mm and about 20mm cotton anhydrous sodium sulphate, 5g Dover Rory mixing silica and 0.2g of activated carbon packed, top plus about 20mm over anhydrous sodium sulfate, 20mL hexane prior to use pre-wash.
