1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of zirconia ceramic knives for daily use. This standard is applicable to household ceramic knives made of tetragonal polycrystalline zirconia ceramic material partially stabilized by yttria and without decals or coating on the blade.
