GB/T 6995 " Markings for electric wires and cables" is divided into five parts. - Part 1.General requirements; - Part 2.Standard colours; - Part 3.Identifications of cables and wires; - Part 4.Identifications of insulated conductors of cables and wires for electrical appliances and equipments; - Part 5.Identifications of insulated cores of power cables. This Part is part 2 of GB/T 6995. This Part replaces GB 6995.2-1986 “Markings for electric cables and wires – Part 2. Standard colours”. Compared with GB 6995.2-1986, the main changes of this Part are as follows. - Add IEC 60304.1982 as the normative reference (see Chapter 2); - Adjust the clause number of "standard colours" (Chapter 2 of previous edition; Chapter 3 of this edition); - Delete the “light-blue” in standard colours (Chapter 2 of previous edition); - Delete the colour-swatches of 12 kinds of standard colours (Chapter 2 of previous edition); - Add the requirements of list and colour-swatches of 12 kinds of standard colours (see Chapter 3).
