1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods,
inspection rules, and symbol, package, transport and storage of woven bedding
for infants.
This Standard is applicable to the bedding for infants made of textile woven
fabrics as the main material.

5.7 The detection of fiber content shall be carried out according to FZ/T 01057
(all parts) and GB/T 2910 (all parts). The filler sampling shall be carried out
according to the provisions of Annex B.
5.8 The detection of fabric breaking strength shall be carried out according to
GB/T 3923.1.
5.9 The detection of fabric propensity to pilling shall be carried out according
to GB/T 4802.2. The sample fabric shall be used as the abrasive. The number
of rubbings is 2,000. The rating may be carried out according to GSB 16-3223.
5.10 The detection for the dimensional change rate in washing of fabrics shall
be carried out according to GB/T 8628, GB/T 8629 and GB/T 8630. SELECT
5A procedures (for the fabrics with a fur or silk content of greater than or equal
to 50%, 7A procedures shall be selected) for washing and the drying method A
in GB/T 8629-2001.
5.11 The detection for the colour fastness to washing with soap or soap and
soda shall be carried out according to GB/T 3921-2008. The test condition A (1)
shall be adopted.
5.12 The detection for the colour fastness to light shall be carried out
according to the method 3 in GB/T 8427-2008.
5.13 The detection for the colour fastness to water shall be carried out
according to GB/T 5713.
5.14 The detection for the colour fastness to perspiration shall be carried out
according to GB/T 3922.
5.15 The detection for the colour fastness to rubbing shall be carried out
according to GB/T 3920.
5.16 The detection for the colour fastness to saliva shall be carried out
according to GB/T 18886.
5.17 The detection of the formaldehyde content shall be carried out according
to GB/T 2912.1.
5.18 The detection of the pH value shall be carried out according to GB/T
7573.
5.19 The detection of peculiar smell shall be carried out according to GB
18401.
5.20 The detection of the decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye
shall be carried out according to GB/T 17592.
5.21 The detection of the total lead and total cadmium in heavy metals shall
be carried out according to GB/T 30157.
5.22 The detection of the phthalate content shall be carried out according to
GB/T 20388.
5.23 The detection of the burning behavior shall be carried out according to
GB/T 14644.
5.24 The detection of the sharp objects shall be carried out according to GB/T
24121. The sensitivity shall be 1.0mm.
5.25 The detection for the tensile strength of attached components shall be
carried out according to GB 31701.
5.26 The detection for the sharpness of the sharp tips and edges of attached
components shall be carried out according to GB/T 31702.
5.27 Detection for the length of cords and drawstrings as well as the loop
circumference. SMOOTH out the cords and drawstrings as well as the loop.
USE a steel ruler to measure the length or circumference, under the action of a
force of 22N. Accurate to 1mm.
5.28 Determination for the fixed positions of cribs. USE a steel tape to
measure along the circumference. Accurate to 1mm.
5.29 In the case that the linings or fillers are from the same batch in the
auxiliary products, the intrinsic quality items can be tested on one piece only.
5.30 When different linings or fillers are applied to different positions of the
same product, the intrinsic quality items shall be tested on each position,
respectively.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Samples shall be randomly selected from qualified batches of products
tested by the factory. The sampling schemes for intrinsic quality are shown in
Table 5. The sampling schemes for appearance quality and process quality are
shown in Table 6.
6.2 When the sample size n is greater than the lot size N, full inspection shall
be carried out. The acceptance number Ac is 0.
