The test contents of this standard include. fuel cell power system sealing test, room temperature starting performance test, operating condition performance test, insulation test and quality measurement. This standard is applicable to proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) power generation system for bus. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. GB/T 7445-1995 Pure hydrogen, high purity hydrogen and ultra pure hydrogen GB/T 18384.3-2001 Electric vehicles - Safety specification - Part 3. Protection of persons against electric hazards GB/T 20042.1 Conduit systems for electrical installations - Part 1. General requirements GB/T 23645-2009 Test methods of fuel cell power system for passenger cars GB/T 25319-2010 Fuel cell power system used for motor vehicles. Technical specification 3 Terms and definitions The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 20042.1, GB/T 23645-2009 and GB/T 25319-20 0 are applicable to this standard. 3.1 Operating condition of fuel cell system The working state of fuel cell power system which is indicated by power. 3.2 Loading rate power The ratio of output power to rated power of fuel cell power system. The unit is %. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Requirements for the integrity of the object under test The fuel cell power generation system being tested is the integration of the cell stack and the auxiliary system. It can operate normally under the conditions of external hydrogen and starting power supply. The auxiliary system includes hydrogen supply system (not including cylinder to primary pressure reducing valve section), air supply and drainage system (including DC/DC, DC/AC converter dedicated to air compressor or blower), water/heat management system, control system and safety guarantee system, etc. In the water/heat management system, the radiator and its fans are regarded as components of fuel cell power system, but not counted in the mass and volume of the fuel cell power system. 4.2 Communication requirements The tested fuel cell power system is required to provide and receive the following information to and from the test platform. a) Operating temperature of the cell stack; b) Voltage and current of the battery stack and fuel cell power system; c) Able to receive stop and start signals; d) Able to receive a given power signal; e) Able to give fault codes. 4.3 Test conditions Appendix A (Informative) Test report A.1 General According to the test performed, the test report shall provide enough accurate, clear and objective data for analysis and reference. The report shall contain all the data in each chapter. The report comes in three forms, abstract, detailed and complete. Each type of report shall contain the same title page and content directory. A.2 Content of the report A.2.1 Title page The title page shall introduce the following information. - National standard code; - Sample name, material composition, specification; - Sample state adjustment and standard environment for test; - Model of test machine; - The results of each test and the average of the results; - The date and personnel of the test. The title page shall contain the following. - Report number (optional); - Type of the report (abstract, detailed and complete); - Writer of the report; - Tester; - Date of the report; - Site of the test; - Name of the test; ......
