1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, technical requirements, test item
indicators of fuel cell power systems, test procedures and test methods,
insulation test of fuel cell power systems, mass measurement, test result
collation and test report of fuel cell power systems for bus.
The test contents of this standard include. fuel cell power system sealing test,
room temperature starting performance test, operating condition performance
test, insulation test and quality measurement.
This standard is applicable to proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC)
power generation system for bus.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 20042.1, GB/T 23645-2009 and GB/T
25319-20 0 are applicable to this standard.
3.1 Operating condition of fuel cell system
The working state of fuel cell power system which is indicated by power.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Requirements for the integrity of the object under test
The fuel cell power generation system being tested is the integration of the cell
stack and the auxiliary system.
4.2 Communication requirements
The tested fuel cell power system is required to provide and receive the
following information to and from the test platform.
4.3 Test conditions
4.3.1 Laboratory. shall be provided with necessary safety measures, including
hydrogen leakage detection alarm devices, ventilation measures, upper space
electric appliances anti-explosion sealing measures.
4.3.5 Fuel cell power system starting power supply.
4.3.6 High pressure nitrogen.
4.4 Test and inspection items
The test and inspection items include the following.

6 Test procedures and test methods
6.1 Gas tightness inspection of fuel cell power generation system
Turn on the laboratory ventilation system.
The fuel cell power system enters the standby state. Confirm that hydrogen
enters into the fuel cell stack.
6.2 Test of starting performance of fuel cell power system at room
temperature
6.3 Performance test of fuel cell power system under operating conditions
After the fuel cell power system is started successfully, continue the operation
under the operating condition shown in Table 2.
7 Insulation test of fuel cell power system
Under the condition of not connected with load system, the support not
connected to grounding wire of the real laboratory, the cooling liquid and the
water for humidifying been injected, the water pump operating,

Measure the mass of fuel cell power systems, excluding the mass of coolant,
water for humidifying and radiator and its fans of cooling systems.
