In order to implement "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of
China", prevent pollution and safeguard the human health, "Guideline for Air Quality
Assessment of Passenger Car" is now approved as national standard; it is jointly
issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP) and the General
Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (GAQSIQ) of the
People’s Republic of China.
The name and serial number of the standard are as follows.
Guideline for Air Quality Assessment of Passenger Car (GB/T 27630-2011)
This Standard shall be implemented on March 1, 2012.
This Standard is published by China Environmental Science Press; the relevant
content is available at the website of Ministry of Environmental Protection
(bz.mep.gov.cn).
