1 Scope
This Standard specifies the basic principles and general requirements of the
identification and labelling for eco-design product.
This Standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, trade, utilization and recycling
activities of the eco-design product.

The activity - in accordance with the concept of full-life cycle, it has systematically
considered, in product design and development phases, the various links such as raw
material’s selecting, manufacturing, selling, utilizing, recycling, and disposing that can
cause the influence to the resource environment; strive to minimize the resource
