Compared with the standards being substituted, the main modifications in this Standard are as follows. - modified the name of standard to “National standard on food safety - Beverage”; - modified physical and chemical indicators; - modified microbiological indicators. National standard on food safety - Beverage 1 Scope This Standard is applicable to beverage. This Standard is not applicable to packaged drinking water. 2 Terms and definitions 2.1 Beverage Drink The product that is quantitatively packaged, for direct drinking or drinking with water, of which the ethanol content does not exceed the mass fraction of 0.5%. 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Requirements for raw material The raw materials should comply with the corresponding food standards and relevant regulations. 3.2 Sensory requirements The sensory requirements should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
