1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, product specifications, requirements,
inspection rules, judgment rules, instruction for use, packaging, transportation and
storage of knitted accessories.
This Standard applies to the identification of the quality of accessories made by using
textile fiber as the main raw material and processed by knitting techniques, including:
hair bands, belts, bow ties, earmuffs, neck covers, arm covers, wristbands (non-sporty),
decorative bags, decorative gloves, etc.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document.
3.1 Knitted accessories
Small products, with textile fiber as the main raw material, made by knitting technology,
which have the function of wearing or decoration.
4 Product specifications
The specifications and dimensions (length × width, circumference, etc.) of the main
parts shall be marked, in centimeters, according to the design requirements.
5 Requirements
5.1 Contents
The requirements are divided into two aspects: inherent quality and appearance quality.
Inherent quality covers fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, odor,
decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, color fastness to water, color fastness
to perspiration, color fastness to rubbing and other indicators. Appearance quality
includes surface defects, specification and size deviation, accessories used and sewing
regulations and other indicators.
5.2 Gradation requirements
5.2.1 The quality grades of knitted accessories are divided into first-class products and
qualified products.
5.2.2 Quality grading of knitted accessories: inherent quality is graded according to
batches, appearance quality is graded according to pieces, and the combination of the
two is graded according to the lowest grade.
5.3 Inherent quality requirements
5.3.1 See Table 1 for inherent quality requirements.
Only the size of the part marked in the product specification is examined. The deviation
shall not be greater than 8% of the marked size.
5.4.4 Use of accessories and sewing regulations
5.4.4.1 Buttons, decorative buckles, zippers and metal accessories shall be free from
burrs and damage.
5.4.4.2 Sewing shall be firm; degree of tightness shall be proper. The inlays shall be
sewn tightly and shall not fall off easily.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Sampling quantity
6.1.1 The appearance quality shall be randomly sampled 1%~3% according to the type,
color, specification and size of the delivery batch; the number shall not be less than 20.
6.1.2 The inherent quality shall be randomly sampled for 3 pieces according to the type,
color, specification and size of the delivery batch; where it is insufficient, the number
of pieces can be increased.
6.2 Appearance quality inspection conditions
6.2.1 Light inspection is generally adopted, using a 40 W blue light or white fluorescent
lamp with a lampshade on it. The vertical distance between the lampshade and the
center of the inspection table is 80 cm ± 5 cm.
6.2.2 If natural light is used indoors, the direction of the light source is from north to
the upper left (or right) corner, and the product cannot be directly exposed to sunlight.
6.2.3 During the inspection, the product shall be spread flat on the inspection table, and
the table shall be covered with a layer of white cloth. The inspector's line of sight shall
face up to the surface of the flat product, and the distance between the eyes and the
product shall be more than 35 cm.
6.3 Test methods
6.3.1 Fiber content test
Carry out according to the provisions of GB/T 2910, FZ/T 01057, FZ/T 01026 and FZ/T
01095.
6.3.2 Formaldehyde content test
Carry out according to the provisions of GB/T 2912.1.
