Introduction
In order to comprehensively evaluate the production and manufacturing level of cigarette factories, establish a comprehensive, systematic and scientific evaluation method to guide cigarette factories
In the manufacturing process, the horizontal benchmarking between the factories and the vertical comparison within the factories are carried out, and the shortcomings that affect the production level are found, and the weaknesses are found
And carry out targeted improvements and improvements to enable cigarette factories to continuously improve the level of "lean production" and "intelligent manufacturing", and to promote cigarette factories
For high-quality development, this standard is formulated.
Comprehensive evaluation method for the production level of cigarette factories
1 Scope
This standard specifies the index system and evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation of the manufacturing level of cigarette factories.
This standard applies to the comprehensive evaluation of the manufacturing level of cigarette factories.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Very poor target weight
When cigarettes of the same brand are produced by multiple sets of cigarette making machines of the same model, the difference between the maximum and minimum measured value of the target weight of the cigaretteless cigarettes between the machines.
3.2
Wire consumption deviation rate
The degree of deviation between the total amount of pure shredded tobacco in a batch of qualified finished cigarettes and the total amount of shredded tobacco input.
4 Comprehensive evaluation index system
4.1 Process quality level
The process quality level evaluation index system and index weights are shown in Table 1.
