1 Scope

4 Reagents

Pipette 13.0mL50% sodium hydroxide solution (4.2) to 1000mL Volumetric flask, dilute with water to volume; --- Mobile phase D. sodium acetate solution, 1mol/L. Weigh 41.02g sodium acetate, dissolved in water, and then transferred to 500mL volumetric flask , Diluted with water to volume. 4.5 single standard stock solution. Weigh 0.1g of glucose, fructose, sucrose, accurate to 0.0001g, 0.1% benzoic acid solution (4.3) was dissolved, and then were transferred to 100mL volumetric flask, with 0.1% benzoic acid solution (4.3) to the mark, formulated at a concentration of about 1000μg/mL stock solution of a single standard. Stored at 4 ℃ conditions, it should be used within one month. 4.6 mixed standard stock solution. Pipette 10.0mL are glucose, fructose, sucrose single standard stock solution (4.5) in a 100mL container Flask, with 0.1% benzoic acid solution (4.3) diluted to the mark, formulated as a concentration of about 100μg/mL of glucose, fructose, sucrose, Mixed standard stock solution. 4.7 Mixed Series Working standard solution.
