5.1, 5.2 of this standard are mandatory, others are recommended.
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces YC 171-2009 "cigarette tipping paper." This standard compared with YC 171-2009, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Deleted part of the "Terms and Definitions";
--- The technical requirements, the adjustment of the "inorganic elements" of technical indicators; the "volatile organic compounds" to "solvent residue" and
Adjust the relevant technical requirements; the "fluorescence intensity (brightness)" was changed to "D65 fluorescence intensity" and adjust the relevant technical requirements;

1 Scope
This standard specifies the cigarette tipping paper of terms and definitions, product classifications, technical requirements, sampling and sample preparation, measurement methods, inspection regulations
