This standard replaces SN/T 1865-2007 "Detection of thiamphenicol and florfenicol residues in animal and vegetable products

3 Principle of the method
Samples were extracted with ammoniated ethyl acetate, milk and trichloroacetic acid precipitation protein, adjust the pH to neutral solution, and then ammoniated ethyl acetate
Extraction, C18 solid phase extraction column purification, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, external standard method.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used are analytical grade and water is a Grade I water complying with GB/T 6682.
4.1 Ethyl acetate.
4.2 Methanol.
4.3 Formic acid.
4.4 Trichloroacetic acid.
4.5 anhydrous sodium sulfate. 650 ℃ burning 4h, in the dryer to cool to room temperature, stored in a sealed bottle in reserve.
4.6 Ammonia. content of 25% to 28%.
4.7 Sodium hydroxide.
4.8 Sodium chloride.
4.9 Ammoniated Ethyl Acetate (3 97). Measure 3 mL of aqueous ammonia and 97 mL of ethyl acetate and mix well.
4.10 sodium chloride solution (1.5g/L). Weigh 15g sodium chloride, soluble in water, diluted to 100mL.
4.11 5mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 20g sodium hydroxide and dilute to 100mL with water.
4.12 Trichloroacetic acid solution (1000g/L). Weigh 100g trichloroacetic acid, soluble in water, diluted to 100mL.
