Note. The molecular structure of alkyl phenols of the general formula. R-C6H4-OH, referred to as AP. AP in this section refers to common octylphenol [OP, C8H17-
C6H4-OH] and nonylphenol [NP, C9H19-C6H4-OH]. Alkylphenol ethylene oxide ether of molecular structure of the general formula. R-C6H4-
(OC2H4) nOH, referred APnEO. APnEO in this section refers to common octyl phenol ethoxylates [OPnEO, C8H17-C6H4-
(OC2H4) nOH] and nonylphenol ethoxylates [NPnEO, C9H19-C6H4- (OC2H4) nOH].

Samples Soxhlet extraction with methanol, and the extract was concentrated and purified using a fluorescence detector with high performance liquid chromatography or liquid chromatography -
Tandem mass spectrometer, external standard.3 Reagents and materialsUnless otherwise specified, reagents were of analytical grade, water is deionized water.
3.1 Methanol (HPLC grade).
3.2 hexane (HPLC grade).
3.3 isopropyl alcohol (HPLC grade).
3.4 dichloromethane.
3.5 methanol - water. the exact amount of 300mL of methanol and 200mL water, mix and reserve.
3.6 methanol - methylene chloride solution. accurate amount of 100mL of methanol and 400mL methylene chloride, mix and reserve.
3.7 octyl phenol standards. OP, purity ≥97%.
3.8 nonylphenol standards. NP, pure class distinctions.
3.9 octyl phenol ethoxylates standards. OPnEO, average degree of polymerization n = 9, pure class distinctions.
Nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether 3.10 standard. NPnEO, average degree of polymerization n = 9, purity ≥99%.
3.11 standard stock solution. namely, accurately weighed amount OP (3.7), NP (3.8), OPnEO (3.9) and NPnEO (3.10), isopropanol
Preparation of a concentration of 10mg/mL standard stock solution. At 4 ℃ dark preservation, valid for 12 months.
3.12 normal phase HPLC analysis of standard working solution. Pipette respectively OP and OPnEO stock standard solution appropriate volume, placed in the same flask
In isopropanol, and diluting the desired concentration of the standard working solution; NPnEO pipetted NP and the appropriate volume of standard stock solution were placed
The same volumetric flask, diluted with isopropyl alcohol to prepare the required concentration of standard working solution. At 4 ℃ dark preservation, valid for three months.
3.13 LC-MS/MS analysis of standard working solution. Pipette respectively OP and NP stock standard solution appropriate volume, placed in the same volumetric flask
