Peach fly quarantine identification method1 ScopeThis standard applies to the quarantine and identification of Peach fruit fly host plants (see Appendix A) and their fruits.2 PrincipleFor long-distance transmission, the eggs can also spread with the fruit, and the coffers can spread with the fruit packaging or the soil of the host plant.
The morphological characteristics, biological characteristics, host plants and transmission routes of P. cerana are the basis for the development of this quarantine method.3 Terms and definitionsThe following terms and definitions apply to this standard, and the common terminology of fruit fly taxonomy is shown in Appendix B.
