Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 0864-2000 "Determination of the import and export of aluminum pickles."
This standard and SN/T 0864-2000 compared to the main changes are.
--- By the standard name "method is the import and export of aluminum pickles" to "export of food in aluminum by inductively coupled plasma
Mass Spectrometry ";
--- Scope expanded from pickles to food;
--- Pretreatment method consists of the dry digestion to wet digestion;
--- Detected by the spectrophotometric method to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
This standard was drafted. People's Republic of China Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.

Determination of aluminum in food exports
Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of aluminum in food exports by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to the determination of bread, puffed biscuits, noodles and pickles and other foods in aluminum.
2 Method summary
The samples were acid digestion, the test solution into the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, under high temperature plasma, atomized, ionized
After entering the mass spectrometer, the signal intensity is proportional to the concentration of aluminum in the sample of aluminum, scandium internal standard element with the compensation matrix effect.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water conductivity of greater than or equal 18.2MΩ/cm ultrapure water.
3.1 nitric acid (ρ = 1.42g/mL). pure class distinctions.
3.2 isopropanol.
3.3 HNO3 (2 98, by volume). Take 2mL nitric acid (3.1), with ultrapure water volume to 100mL.
3.4 tuning solution. Select Al, Mg, Rh, Sc for the mass calibrant concentration of 10μg/L, medium HNO3 (2 98, volume ratio)
Solution.
3.5 Aluminum standard stock solution. 100mg/L aluminum standard solution, certified reference materials, the medium is a dilute acid solution.
