This standard replaces SN/T 0860-2000 "Determination of Selenium in Export Mushrooms by Fluorescence Spectrophotometry."
The main technical changes of this standard compared with SN/T 0860-2000 are as follows.
--- The headline was changed to the determination method for selenium in export foods. The test sample was changed from export canned mushrooms to export food;
--- Added the first method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry;
--- The original method of fluorescence spectrophotometry is not modified as a second method.

Determination of Selenium in Exported Foods
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry for the determination of selenium in exported foods.
The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method of this standard is applicable to rice, biscuits, milk powder, milk-containing drinks, tea, grapes, peanuts and mushrooms
Determination of selenium content in mushrooms and other samples.
This standard fluorescence spectrophotometry method is suitable for the determination of selenium content in canned mushrooms.

3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
The test water meets the requirements for secondary water in GB/T 6682.
4.1 65% Nitric Acid. Excellent Grade.
4.2 2% nitric acid. Take 2mL of nitric acid (4.1) and dilute to 100mL with water.
4.3 Isopropyl alcohol. chromatographic purity.
4.4 Selenium standard solution. 1g/L, certified reference material, medium 5% nitric acid.
4.5 Selenium Standard Stock Solution. Diluted selenium standard solution (4.4) to 10mg/L in proportion, and the final medium was nitric acid (4.2). The solution is normal
It is valid within 15 days under warm sealed storage conditions.
4.6 Selenium standard curve solution. Diluted selenium standard solution (4.5) in proportion to 5 levels. 0.5μg/L, 1μg/L, 2μg/L, 5μg/L,
