1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general rules, census technical links, pre-census preparations, and observations and adjustments on the site.

This standard applies to the original forests of the state-owned forest areas in the northeastern Inner Mongolia and the primary forests of the state-owned forest areas in the southwest and northwest of China.
