3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in LY/T 1619 apply to this document.
Pole-mounted hedge-trimmers
A cutting component is installed on one end of a working rod, and the other end of the working rod is connected to a power device through a clutch, a transmission shaft and a transmission box
A portable hedge trimmer that drives the cutting part to reciprocate and realizes the hedge cutting function.
4 Product model and basic parameters
The preparation of the product model is carried out in accordance with the regulations of LY/T 1621.
Product technical parameters should be given in the instruction manual and related technical documents, see Appendix A.
5 Technical requirements and test methods

a) The ambient air temperature is -5 ℃~40 ℃;
b) The relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%;
c) The altitude is below 1 000 m.
5.1.2 The instruments and equipment used in the test shall be verified by the required metrological verification and are qualified and valid, and the minimum accuracy of the measured parameters shall meet the following requirements.
a) Vernier caliper, accuracy ±0.02 mm;
b) Steel tape or steel ruler, with an accuracy of ±1 mm;
c) Rotation speed measuring instrument, accuracy ±0.5%;
d) Thermometer, accuracy ±1 ℃;

5.1.3 The hedges used in the test are common shrubs or small trees. Under normal operating conditions, the cutting edge (cutting width) of the pole-type hedge trimmer should be able to
Enough to cover all the hedges. The diameter of shrubs or small trees is 2 mm~6 mm, and the density of branches is uniform, in a square area of 300 mm×300 mm
No less than 40 branches. The object of work is the branches grown in the current year.
Matching gasoline engine

The inspection of matching gasoline engines shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of JB/T 5135.2 and JB/T 5135.3.
Overall performance
5.3.1 Starting performance
5.3.1.1 Requirements
The starting performance of the pole-type hedge trimmer should meet the requirements of JB/T 5135.1.
5.3.1.2 Inspection
The inspection of starting performance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T 5135.2.
5.3.2 Idle performance
5.3.2.1 Requirements
The pole-type hedge trimmer runs continuously for 5 minutes at idle speed, and the speed fluctuation rate should not exceed 10%. The cutting device should not follow the idle speed.
move.
5.3.2.2 Inspection
The pole-type hedge trimmer runs continuously for 5 minutes at idle speed, and the engine speed is measured every minute, and the average value and wave of the 5 measurements are calculated.
Momentum. Observe whether the cutting device is moving when idling.
