This standard specifies the product classification, structure and model, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for highway bridge plate rubber bearings. 5 Technical requirements

5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The minimum rubber content of the support should not be less than 55% of the rubber mass-no recycled rubber or crushed vulcanized rubber shall be used 5.1.2 The design service life of the support should not be less than 15 years under normal circumstances 5.2 Appearance The appearance of the support should meet the requirements of Table 1. Table 1 Appearance requirements The total area should not exceed 0.1% of the plane area of the support-and each area Should not be greater than 50mm2-the maximum depth should not exceed 2mm Uneven When the plane area of the support is less than 0.15m2-not more than two faces When the product is greater than 0.15m2-there should be no more than four places and the height of each bump should not exceed 0.5mm-area should not exceed 6mm2 Cracks on all sides and exposed steel plates are not allowed Blocking, chipping, and mechanical damage are not allowed Cracking or peeling of the joint between the steel plate and the rubber is not allowed The surface of the skateboard should be smooth and flat-there should be no cracks, bubbles, delamination and mechanical damage.
