1 Scope

This standard specifies the cartographic symbols, specifications, colors and representation methods of thematic elements of coastal surveys. This standard applies to the design, mapping and publication of thematic maps of coastal surveys.

3.1 Element classification According to the characteristics of the subject areas involved in the coastal survey, the coastal survey is divided into marine environment, marine resources, marine economy, and marine management.
