1 Scope
This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, basic functions, construction requirements, management requirements, and operational service requirements of the crop hospital.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined by GH/T 1079 apply to this document.
3.1
Crop hospital agriculturalinformationandtechnologyservicecenter
Relying on agricultural distribution centers or sales outlets and facilities, agricultural technicians such as crop doctors provide agricultural product sales and soil testing formulas.
Information and technical services such as fertilizer, pest control, agricultural product new products and new technology promotion, information consultation and release, agricultural technology knowledge training, etc.
The institution or place where the technology is combined.
3.2
Crop doctor agrotechnician
Provide professional technical personnel with agricultural technology services and corresponding qualification certificates in the crop hospital.
4 basic functions
4.1 Sales of agricultural products
Display, sell and distribute agricultural materials in business and service locations.
4.2 Soil testing and formula fertilization
According to crop fertilizer requirements, soil fertility performance and fertilizer effect, the application quantity, time and method of fertilizer were proposed to achieve soil nutrient flattening.
