4 Product specification classification
According to the quality of frozen aquatic product monomer, the products are divided into the following categories.
a) Small specification products. the monomer mass is less than or equal to 100g;
b) Medium specification products. the monomer mass is greater than 100g and less than or equal to 500g;
c) Large-size products. the monomer mass is greater than 500g.
5 Pack ice technical requirements
5.1 Raw material requirements
The raw materials are frozen products, and the center temperature of the frozen products should be lower than -18℃ before icing.
5.2 Production water
The ice pack and ice-making water should meet the requirements of GB 5749.
