Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 29913.1-2013 "Bearing steel for wind power equipment - Part 1.Steel for yaw and pitch bearings", and is consistent with... Compared with GB/T 29913.1-2013, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. ---The nominal diameter range for continuously cast round billets, hot-rolled and forged bars has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2013 edition); ---The steel grade and chemical composition have been changed (see 6.1, 5.1 in the.2013 edition); ---The hardness requirements have been changed (see 6.2, 5.3.2 in the.2013 edition); ---The requirements for low-magnification microstructure of continuously cast round billets have been changed (see 6.3, 5.4 in the.2013 edition); ---The requirements for non-metallic inclusions have been changed (see 6.4, 5.6 in the.2013 edition); ---The requirements for dimensions and tolerances have been changed (see 6.7.1, 4.1 in the.2013 version); ---The requirements for out-of-roundness of continuously cast round billets have been changed (see 6.7.3, 4.3 in the.2013 edition); ---The requirements for the end shape have been changed (see 6.7.6, 4.6 in the.2013 version); ---The test methods for oxygen content, hardness, low magnification, non-metallic inclusions, macroscopic non-metallic inclusions, internal and surface quality have been modified.
