● with GB 17465.3 household and similar appliance couplers Part 2. Appliance coupling degree of protection higher than IPX0
(GB 17465.3-2008, IEC 60320-2-3.2005, IDT) instead of IEC 60320-2-3;
● increase GB 1002 household and similar single-phase plug type, basic parameters and dimensions.
--- In order to ensure that the user the correct use of the coupler products, 8.1 and 8.2 added to the weight of the engaged connector and the weight of the type
Appliance input socket rated current, rated voltage marking requirements.
--- In order to meet the coupler products in the whole product on the actual use of the product standards and the relevant requirements of the same machine,
According to the provisions of GB 4706.2-2007 and GB 4706.19-2008, the modification of Chapter 20 of the normal operation of the test method.
This section made the following editorial changes.
--- According to the preparation of GB/T 1.1 requirements, the provisions of this section number compared with IEC 60320-2-4.2009 adjusted;
--- According to the relevant provisions of GB/T 1.1, in Chapter 1 "Range" added "GB 17465 provisions of this part of the device by weight
Co-coupler structure, mechanical properties, electrical performance and other technical requirements ";
--- To facilitate understanding, an increase of 3.8 can not be detached electrical accessories;
--- For the 14.2 test requires three additional samples, 5.5 of the second dash in the "Chapter 14" to "14.1";
--- Remove some of the IEC 60320-2-4.2009 applicable to other countries of the Notes, such as 8.6 Note 3.

Household and similar appliance couplers
Part 2-4. Couplings by weight of appliance
1 Scope
GB 17465 provisions of this part of the device by weight meshing coupler structure, mechanical properties, electrical performance and other technical requirements.
This section applies to household and similar purposes, with or without ground contact, intended to be built or integrated in the AC power frequency of 50Hz
Or 60Hz, the rated voltage does not exceed 250V, the rated current does not exceed 16A electrical appliances or other multi-component structure of the electrical equipment, and according to
Bipolar appliance couplers that rely on the weight of the appliance to ensure correct engagement.
Note 1. Appliance couplers in accordance with this standard are intended for use in appliances where the ambient temperature does not normally exceed 35 ° C and occasionally reach 40 ° C. But the device
Ambient temperature around the coupler can exceed this specified value and be declared by the manufacturer. Appliance input sockets and connectors maximum working environment
The temperature may be different.
NOTE 2. In normal use, appliance couplers that are engaged by their weight may be subject to liquid spillage. When installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions,
Appliance couplers are categorized based on whether liquid spill protection measures are in place.
Note 3. The standard loose-leaf pages C1 to C23 in GB 17465.1-2009 do not apply to appliance couplers that rely on appliance weight engagement.
Note 4. The following conditions may require special structure.
--- In special conditions of the place, for example, on board, vehicles and similar places;
--- In dangerous situations, for example, in the event of an explosion is likely.
1) Considering the geographical and climatic environment in China, it is stipulated that the ambient temperature should be "usually not more than 35 ℃ and occasionally 40 ℃", in order to meet the requirements of GB 17465.1-
2009 consensus. IEC 60320-2-4.2009 This note specifies the use of ambient temperature "usually does not exceed 25 ℃, occasionally reach 35 ℃."
