1 Scope

This document specifies the classification marking, technical requirements, identification and information to be provided by the manufacturer for safety nets, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to the construction, water conservancy, highway, electricity, shipbuilding, chemical industry, mining, port, amusement park and other industries, in the construction and equipment facilities A safety net that prevents people or objects from falling, limits people's range of movement, and obstructs particulate matter and vision during operation. This document does not apply to safety nets used during emergency rescue and fire operations.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12903-2008 and the following apply to this document. 3.1 safety nets Used to prevent people (objects) from falling, reduce falling injuries, limit the movement trajectory of people (objects), or block dust and other particles and sight.
