1 Scope
This document stipulates the overall requirements, document review, on-site inspection, comprehensive evaluation and other requirements for fire safety inspection of public gathering places before they are put into use.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 5907 (all parts), GB/T 40248 and the following apply to this document.

A general term for facilities installed in buildings for fire alarm, fire extinguishing, smoke prevention and exhaust, and personnel evacuation.
