5 technical requirements
5.1 Appearance
5.1.1 The appearance should be flat and smooth without obvious bumps, bumps, burrs, sharp edges and sharp corners.

5.6 Structural requirements
5.6.1 The blocking net is a rectangular flat frame structure, which is composed of the main frame, auxiliary brackets and other accessories. The overall structure should be reasonable,

6 test methods
6.1 Visual inspection
Visually inspect the appearance of the blocking net and determine whether the result meets the requirements of 5.1.
6.2 Color inspection

6.3 Mark inspection
Visually check the content of the logo and the font of the logo, and use the following methods to check the clarity and permanence of the logo.

6.6 Structural inspection
6.6.1 After installing the blocking net in accordance with the instruction manual, visually check the shape of the blocking net and the composition of each component, and then block the blocking net.

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of police blocking network products is divided into type inspection and factory inspection.
7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following cases.
a) When designing or designing new products;
b) when there are major changes in materials, structure and production processes;
c) When the product is first produced and resumed production one year after the suspension;
d) Periodic inspection should be performed after accumulating a certain amount of production;
e) When the competent authority requests the type inspection.

7.3 Factory inspection
7.3.1 The products shall not leave the factory until they have passed the inspection by the quality inspection department.
7.3.2 The inspection items, technical requirements and test methods for factory inspection shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions in Table 1.
7.3.3 The rules for group approval and sampling are as follows.
a) Use the same batch of raw materials, the same structure and the same batch of blocking nets as an inspection batch;
b) When the inspection batch is less than or equal to 50 sets, 2 sets will be selected; when the inspection batch is greater than 50 sets, 4 sets will be selected.
7.3.4 If the technical requirements of the samples taken are qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. There is a single failure in the weight and size inspection.

8 Transport and storage
8.1 Transport
