1 Scope
This standard specifies high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-ICP-MS) for extractable hexavalent chromium from textile extracts.

3 Principle
After the sample was extracted with acidic sweat, the filtered extract was measured by high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
Standard method of quantification.
4 reagents
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water was the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 L-Histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (C6H9O2N3·HCl·H2O).
4.2 Sodium chloride.
4.3 Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate (NaH2PO4·2H2O).
4.4 Sodium hydroxide.
4.5 Tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate.
4.6 Ammonia. Excellent grade.
4.7 Methanol. Chromatographic grade.
4.8 Nitric acid. excellent grade pure.
4.9 Sodium hydroxide solution (0.1mol/L). Weigh 0.4g of sodium hydroxide (4.4) and dilute to 100mL with water.
4.10 Ammonia solution (1 9). Measure 10 mL of ammonia water (4.6), slowly pour into 90 mL of water, and mix.
4.11 Acidic sweat. Weigh 0.5g L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (4.1), 5.0g sodium chloride (4.2) and 2.2g sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate
Compound (4.3), dissolved in water, add water to nearly 1000 mL, adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.2 with sodium hydroxide solution (4.9), and dilute to 1000 mL with water.
