1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of eight kinds of benzophenone anti-UV finishing agents (see Appendix A) in the import and export of textiles by HPLC
method.
This standard applies to the determination of 8 kinds of benzophenone anti-UV finishing agents in various types of textiles and products.

3 Methodology
The sample was extracted with methanol and subjected to ultrasonic extraction. The HPLC/DAD was used for the determination. The external standard method was used.
Quantitative.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are all chromatographically pure, and the chromatographic water conforms to the first-grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Methanol.
4.2 Acetonitrile.
4.3 Benzophenone UV protection finish reference material. 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone (purity≥98%), 2-hydroxy-4-methoxydiphenyl
Ketone (purity ≥98%), 2-hydroxy-4-octyloxybenzophenone (purity ≥98%), 2-hydroxy-4-dodecyloxybenzophenone (purity ≥
99.9%), 2,2'-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (purity ≥98%), 2,2'-dihydroxy-4,4'-dimethoxybenzophenone ( Purity ≥
90%), 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone (purity ≥ 95%), 5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzophenone (purity ≥ 99%) and the like.
4.4 Standard stock solution. benzophenone UV curing agent standard substance is made into concentration with methanol or other suitable solvent.
1000 μg/mL standard stock solution; each appropriate amount of the above standard stock solution was mixed with methanol to a concentration of about 100 μg/mL
Standard stock solution.
4.5 Standard working solution. The standard stock solution was mixed with methanol to a concentration of 1 μg/mL, 3 μg/mL, 5 μg/mL, and 7 μg/mL, respectively.
And 10μg/mL mixed standard working solution or other suitable concentration of mixed standard working solution.
Note. The standard stock solution is protected from light at 4°C and is valid for 12 months. The standard working solution is protected from light at 4°C and can be formulated as required
A more suitable concentration is valid for 3 months.
