1 Scope
This part of SN/T 4238 specifies the basis and elements for the assessment of the conformity of the quality and safety of the import and export of industrial products.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined by SN/T 4238.1-2015 apply to this document.

4 Basic principles
For the import and export of industrial products importers, manufacturers or brand suppliers, the procurement basis issued by the credit reporting agency, inspection and quarantine machine
