1 Scope
This standard specifies α-zearalenol, β-zearalenol, α-zearalenol, β-zearalenol, corn in animal-derived foods.
Determination of gibberellin and zearalenone residues by high performance liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to pork, chicken, fish, beef liver, milk, eggs and canned meat and other animal foods, α-zearalenol, β-corn red
Qualitative confirmation and quantitative determination of mycophenolic, alpha-zearalenol, beta-zearalenol, zearalenone and zearalenone residues.
Liquid chromatography is not suitable for pork samples.
