1 Scope
The current standard specifies liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry detection methods for the determination of androgens, progestogens and estrogen residues in edible animals for import and export.

GB/T 6682 Analysis Laboratory Water Specifications and Test Methods
4 Reagents and materials
4.1 Unless otherwise stated, all reagents are of analytical grade, water is a grade of water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.2 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.
4.3 Acetonitrile. Chromatographically pure.
4.4 Formic acid. chromatographic purity.
4.5 Acetic acid. pure grade.
4.6 Dichloromethane. Chromatographically pure.
4.7 β glucuronidase/sulfatase solution. ≥100000 U/mL.
4.8 Sodium acetate.
4.9 Sodium acetate buffer solution (pH 5.2). Dissolve 43.0 g of sodium acetate (NaAc·4H 2 O) in 900 mL of water and adjust the pH to 5.2 with acetic acid.
Finally, dilute to 1 L with water.
4.10 Methanol-water solution (50 50, volume ratio). Mix 50 mL of methanol and 50 mL of water.
4.11 Methanol-water solution (30 70, volume ratio). Mix 30 mL of methanol and 70 mL of water.
4.12 Dichloromethane-methanol solution (90 10, volume ratio). Mix 90 mL of dichloromethane and 10 mL of methanol.
4.13 0.1% formic acid solution. Measure 1 mL of formic acid and dilute to 1000 mL with water.
