This standard applies to soybeans, rice, wheat, onions, cabbage, citrus and apples of 11 dinitroaniline herbicide residues

3 Method summary
The sample remaining after dinitroaniline herbicide containing 1% glacial acetic acid with hexane saturated with acetonitrile and the extracts were dried
N- secondary amine (PSA), octadecylsilane (C18) purification by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water for the three water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 hexane. chromatographically pure.
4.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.3 glacial acetic acid. Chromatographic pure.
4.4 anhydrous magnesium. by burning 650 ℃ 4h, stored in a desiccator.
4.5 extraction solvent (containing 1% glacial acetic acid with hexane saturated with acetonitrile). add 10mL to 990mL glacial acetic acid saturated with n-hexane
Off acetonitrile.
4.6 dinitroaniline herbicides standards. purity of greater than 98.0%, standard material information see Appendix A.
4.7 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount dinitroaniline herbicides standard (4.6), accurate to 0.1mg, n-hexane was dissolved by dilute
Release and set the volume to 10mL, standard stock solution to a concentration of 1mg/mL formulation. This solution at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ conditions can be stored in the dark
6 months.
4.8 mixed standard intermediate solution. serial dilution mixed standard stock solution (4.7) required to prepare a suitable concentration of working standard
