This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces SN 1309.7-2004 "shoes footwear inspection procedures for the inspection."
This section compared with SN 1309.7-2004, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope
SN/T 1309 provisions of this part of the shoes of sampling, testing, and results judged unqualified disposal.
This section applies to textile materials as the main material of the shoe uppers test.
