1 Scope
This standard specifies the code of conduct, laws and regulations for the business activities of e-commerce platforms engaged in professional online group purchases or group purchase transactions.
Except as otherwise provided.
The standard applies to professional online group purchase and operation enterprises, online shopping enterprises with group purchase business, group purchase merchants, and online group purchase third party evaluation.
Estimates of institutions and government online shopping supervision departments, etc., do not apply to real estate network group purchases.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Online group buy onlinegrouppurchase
Through the Internet channel, gather a certain number of consumers, and purchase the same goods or services at a reasonable price in the form of a group
business activities.
3.2
Online group trading platform transactionsystemofonlinegrouppurchase
An information network system that provides transaction matching and related services to two or more parties in a network group transaction.
3.3
Online group trading platform operator operatingenterpriseofonlinegrouppurchase
Registered in the administrative department of industry and commerce and obtained a business license, obtained the qualification of the operating website and filed the case, and engaged in online group purchase transactions.
