Introduction
This procedure is formulated according to the rules of JJF1002-2010 "Rules for Compilation of National Metrology Verification Regulations".
The terminology used is based on JJF1229 "Terms and Definitions of Mass Density Measurement". The revised content is in the measurement performance requirements,
The main technical indicators and other aspects refer to the international recommendation OIMLR76-1.2006 "Non-automatic weighing
Instrument Part 1.Measurement and Technical Requirements Test", and OIMLR76-2.2006 "Non-automatic Weighing Instrument Part 2
Part. Relevant content of Test Report Format. The main contents of this revision are as follows.
--- In "Referenced Documents", delete the year number of regulations and specifications;
---Change "water loss rate" to "water loss rate", add the term "water loss rate determination method", and add
1d/60s dehydration rate determination method;
--- Change "weighing device" to "weighing device";
---The calibration division value range of the special accuracy level moisture analyzer is modified to e≥1mg;
--- Increase the minimum weighing requirements;
---Modified the expression of the verification division value e;
--- Modified the definition of moisture determination error;
---Deleted power supply requirements, sodium chloride standard substance number;
--- Increased the sodium chloride solution standard substance, and the mass fraction of the original ratio of sodium chloride solution and sodium chloride solution
The mass fraction control requirements of standard substances are unified as U=0.03% (k=2);
---Modified the calculation formula of the moisture measurement error of the analog indicating moisture analyzer;
--- Modify Appendix A "Preparation of Sodium Chloride Solution".
The release status of previous versions of this regulation is as follows.
---JJG 658-2010;
---JJG 658-1990.
Verification Regulations for Moisture Analyzer by Drying Method
1 Scope
This regulation is applicable to the first verification of the drying method moisture analyzer for the purpose of detecting the moisture content (the inspection after repair)
as the first check), subsequent checks, and in-use checks. The drying method moisture analyzer is mainly for the physical form and chemical
Samples with relatively stable morphology are used for the determination of moisture content.

3 Terminology and units of measurement
3.1 Terminology
3.1.1 Moisture content (content of moisture and volatile components) moisturecontent
The ratio of the mass difference before and after drying of the sample to the mass of the sample before drying.
Note. expressed as a percentage.
Smallest increment of change in moisture content that can be displayed.
Note. expressed as a percentage.
3.1.3 sample plate sampleplate
A container for directly hosting the object under test.
At the specified temperature, according to the set heating time or water loss rate, heat the tested sample of known mass, through
A physical reaction that evaporates the water in the sample. By comparing the quality difference of the tested sample before and after heating, the measured sample
moisture content of the product.
