Introduction
JJF1002 "Rules for Writing National Measurement Verification Regulations" and JJF1001 "General Metrology Terms and Definitions" are jointly composed
form a basic series of specifications that support the revision of this regulation. Mainly refer to GB/T 30242-2013 "Magnetic Speed
General Technical Conditions for Sensors", GB/T 20485.1-2008 "Calibration Methods for Vibration and Shock Sensors Part 1
"Basic Concepts" and other technical specifications.
This regulation is revised from the JJG 134-2003 edition. Compared with JJG 134-2003, except for editorial revisions
The main technical changes outside are as follows.
---Canceled the content related to type identification and prototype testing in the original regulations;
---The provisions on the frequency range of the magnetoelectric speed sensor in the original regulation have been cancelled;
---Cancel the requirement for reference speed sensitivity uncertainty in the measurement performance of the original regulations;
---Added the index and calibration method of the annual stability of the sensor reference sensitivity;
---The lateral sensitivity, temperature response, dynamic range, maximum tolerable acceleration, and
Regarding insulation resistance and output resistance, the measurement method of transverse sensitivity temperature response has been moved to Appendix C and Appendix
Record D;
---Modify the technical indicators that manufacturers should provide in the general technical requirements of the original regulations to other technical requirements;
---Modified the calculation formula of sensor reference speed sensitivity;
---Added the content of using the absolute method standard device for magnetoelectric speed sensor verification;
---The technical specification requirements for the standard shaking table and reference accelerometer set in the measuring instruments used for calibration have been cancelled, and the requirements have been changed.
To describe the vibration standard device using the comparative method;
---The calculation method of amplitude linearity has been modified and the least squares method is used.
The previous versions of this regulation are released as follows.
---JJG 134-2003;
---JJG 134-1987.

3 Overview
Magnetoelectric vibration speed sensor (hereinafter referred to as sensor) is mainly used for mechanical vibration measurement. It uses electromagnetic
The induction principle converts vibration velocity into voltage output. Its structure mainly consists of magnetic circuit system, coil, inertial mass,
It is composed of spring damping and other parts.
4 Measurement performance requirements
4.1 Reference speed sensitivity annual stability. should be better than 3%.
4.2 Frequency response. The frequency response deviation should be better than ±10%.
4.3 Amplitude linearity. should be better than ±5%.
5 General technical requirements
5.1 Appearance and accessories
5.1.1 The specification, model, factory number, and trademark should be marked on the housing of the sensor.
5.1.2 The sensor housing should have no obvious mechanical damage, and the installation surface should be free of burrs and other defects.
5.1.3 The sensor interface should be complete, intact, and connected reliably.
5.2 Other technical requirements
The sensor manufacturer should provide the sensor dynamic range parameters, that is, the frequency range and the maximum measurable vibration speed, in order to
and natural frequency, damping coefficient, installation angle and tolerance, and the output polarity, weight and dimensions of the sensor should be given.
