Introduction
JJF1002 "Rules for Writing National Metrology Verification Regulations", JJF1001 "General Metrology Terms and Definitions" and
JJF1059.1 "Assessment and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" together constitute the basic series supporting the revision of this regulation
document.
This regulation refers to IEC 60942.2017 "Electroacoustics-Sound Calibrator" (Electroacoustics-Sound
calibrators).
This regulation replaces JJG 176-2005 "Sound Calibrator". Compared with JJG 176-2005, the main technical changes
The transformation is to change the qualification judgment rule, which is defined by "the absolute value of the measured deviation, including the measurement uncertainty, shall not exceed the applicable
"tolerance" and changed to "The absolute value of the measured deviation shall not exceed the applicable acceptance limit, and the actual measurement uncertainty shall be
does not exceed the corresponding target measurement uncertainty". In addition, there are some major technical changes as follows.
a) Added the terms "pistonphone" and "acceptance limit" and their definitions (see 3.1.2 and 3.1.12);
b) The unit names and symbols of the main measurement characteristics are added (see 3.2);
c) The description of the performance level of the sound calibrator is added (see 4.2, 4.3);
d) Deleted the general requirements in the measurement performance requirements (see 5.1 of the.2005 edition);
e) Changed the requirements for short-term class drift (see 5.2, 5.1.2 of the.2005 edition);
f) The measurement characteristic "total distortion" is changed to "total distortion noise" (see 5.4, 5.4 of the.2005 edition);
g) Delete the requirements for materials and structures (see 6.1 of the.2005 edition);
h) Added the requirements for submitting tests (see 6.1);
i) The requirements for the instructions for use have been changed (see 6.2.2, 6.2.3 of the.2005 edition);
j) Changed the frequency range and error requirements of some measurement standards and supporting equipment (see 7.1.1,.2005
version 7.1.1);
k) Changed the relative humidity conditions and environmental noise requirements in the verification environment conditions (see 7.1.2,.2005
version 7.1.3);
l) The "appearance inspection" and "instruction manual" in the verification method were changed and merged into "general technical requirements"
Seek" (see 7.3.1, 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 of the.2005 edition);
m) The calculation formula of the measured value of the sound pressure level has been changed [see formula (1), formula (1) of the.2005 edition];
n) The measurement time of the sound pressure level has been changed [see 7.3.2.2b), item 1) in 7.3.3.1 of the.2005 edition];
o) The content about the relative humidity correction value of the sound calibrator is deleted [see the column in 7.3.3.1 of the.2005 edition
Item 6)];
p) The test method for short-term level drift has been changed (see 7.3.3, 7.3.4 of the.2005 edition);
q) Add specific requirements for numerical rounding off (see 7.4.1);
r) Added the method of inspection in use and the report of inspection results (see 7.6);
s) Changed the target measurement uncertainty of short-term drift in the low frequency band (see Table A.2,.2005 edition
Table A.1);
t) Changed the target measurement uncertainty of frequency (see Table A.3, A.2 of the.2005 edition);
u) Changed the inner page format of the verification certificate and verification result notification (see Appendix C,.2005 edition
Appendix B).
