Introduction
This outline is compiled in accordance with the relevant regulations of JJF 1015-2014 and JJF 1016-2014.
This outline is revised on the principle of technical equivalence and adopts the international recommendations issued by the International Organization for Legal Metrology (OIML)
OIMLR49-1.2013, OIMLR49-2.2013 and OIMLR49-3.2013, combined with my country on this basis
The characteristics of the existing water meter types have been refined for the specific types of mechanical water meters with electronic devices such as prepaid and remote transmission.
Claim. These specific requirements are integrated with the corresponding requirements of OIMLR49, so that this syllabus is maintained with OIMLR49
Improved overall compatibility. In order to maintain the corresponding relationship with OIMLR49, this outline retains the nominal diameter above DN50
The relevant content of the water meter can be used as a reference for performance test.
Compared with Appendix A of the previous version of the JJG162-2009 Type Evaluation Outline, in addition to the major changes in the format
The main technical content changes are as follows.
--- Adjusted the scope of application of the outline.
---The minimum value of Q3/Q1 is increased from 10 to 40.
--- The accuracy level 1 water meter is only applicable to the limit of Q3≥100m3/h.
---Nominal diameter DN50 and above or Q3 >16m3/h water meter Q2/Q1 optional 2.5, 4 or 6.3
Provisions.
---Added repetitive requirements.
---Added specific requirements for adjustment devices and correction devices.
---Increase the interchange error requirements and test methods of plug-in water meters and interchangeable metering modules.
---Increase the technical requirements and test methods for the overload water temperature of the temperature grade T50 water meter.
---Combined with JJF 1015-2014 on the definition of series products, the confirmation principle of series water meters has been expanded.
---Adjusted the sequence of the durability test of the Q3≤16m3/h water meter, the intermittent flow durability test precedes the continuous
Flow durability test. Q3 >16m3/h water meter adds the 800h continuous flow durability test requirement under Q3.
---Deleted the technical requirements and test methods for shell protection and auxiliary device life.
---Increase the type inspection and test method of the inspection device (Appendix A).
---The type evaluation check and test list is deleted in the appendix.
---The type evaluation test report format (Appendix K) has been added to the appendix.
---Combined with the provisions of JJF 1016-2014, the key components and material description requirements of the water meter have been added.
---Combined with the regulations of JJF 1015-2014, the regulations on prototype handling after the end of the type evaluation have been added.
The release status of previous versions of this outline.
